Welcome to VHDL-Online

VHDL-Online offers a wide range of teaching material of VHDL (Very High Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language) for self-study. The material includes large parts of the lecture notes of the Professorship Circuit and System Design at the Technische Universität Chemnitz (Chemnitz University of Technology), which maintains the site. The contents are based on the work of the Institute for Computer Aided Circuit Design (Lehrstuhl für Rechnergestützten Schaltungsentwurf - LRS) at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and were constantly developed and updated in the recent decades.
